Board of Directors

Michiyasu "Mitch" SENGOKU
President & CEO and Chairman of the Board

In 1990, "Mitch" Sengoku left the Sony Corporation, where he had worked for nearly a quarter century, and assumed the leadership of Sangikyo, a company his father had founded. Today, Sangikyo is one of Japan's largest and most diversified independent telecommunications infrastructure engineering companies.

Over the last decade, he has moved Sangikyo from being largely a subsidiary to NEC, to become an integrated information engineering services company. How he did this and what steps were taken are outlined in interviews and corporate materials available on this website. Mr. Sengoku is a graduate of Keio University and he studied and worked in the United States for over a decade.
