In Japan, Sangikyo will help the employee find an apartment with a reasonable rent. As an option, the employee
can live in the dormitory that Sangikyo provides to single employees. Sangikyo will provide one room at a reasonable
rent of 20,000 yen a month. (The rent is subject to the market value and the company's housing support policy
and can be changed). If an employee chooses not to use the company-provided dormitory or rental, Sangikyo will
support him or her by paying for a portion of their commercial rental. |

| Support for a working visa | |
| Any non-Japanese who would like to work in Japan is obligated to obtain a working visa. Sangikyo
will sponsor the employee for the Japanese "Non-Permanent Resident" Visa. This visa allows the employee
to work in Japan and to be eligible for the US Income Tax Exclusion. It usually takes 2-3 months to receive
the visa. The following items are required to obtain a working visa: |

| Insurance | |
| Regardless of the employee's nationality or the amount of the employee's salary, every employee is obligated
to join the health insurance program and pat into the employees' pension fund insurance system. In return,
the employee will receive comprehensive medical insurance provided by the Health Insurance Association, to
which Sangikyo belongs. |

| For each visit to a hospital or a clinic, the employee is charged only a small portion of each healthcare cost. Also, since Sangikyo is associated with the Social Health Insurance, all Sangikyo employees are covered for travel, injury, and life insurance with benefits up to 30,000,000 yen. | ![]() |
